In 1990, she formed COSTELLO & KOHL, Medical Office Management & Patient Development Consultants, which offered comprehensive "hands on" administrative and marketing support for health care professionals. In 1994, KOHL & ASSOCIATES replaced Costello & Kohl, with additional operational support services, such as off-site staff recruitment and screening. In 2001, Ms. Kohl, along with Judie Kavit, formed Accelerated E-Commerce & Web Design, Inc., to address the Internet element of comprehensive marketing plans. In 2004, Kohl & Associates, Inc. changed its name to Medical Marketing today to clearly demonstrate our commitment and focus on health care marketing and practice development activities.
